Role summary

Nuts.com is seeking a Temporary Warehouse Associate (Level 1) for their Cranford, NJ facility. This role involves filling products, setting up workstations, picking, packing, and shipping orders using scanners and computers. The associate will maintain housekeeping, adhere to GMPs and SOPs in a food production environment, and operate equipment as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for 8-10 hours. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 2+ years of warehouse or food production experience preferred. The position offers an hourly rate of $17.25 and paid sick leave.

The roleWe are looking for a Temporary Warehouse Associates (Level 1) capable of filling a variety of roles on our production team, also supporting our fulfillment team. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who pays close attention to detail. We are a rapidly-growing company; you'll have the opportunity to grow along with us!

What you'll do

  • Fill products in our production areas using tools such as scoops and scales
  • Setup work station with necessary equipment/product
  • Pick, pack, and/or ship customer orders using scanners, computers, or printers
  • Maintain good housekeeping in work areas
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within a food production environment
  • Operate equipment, as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

    • What you'll bring

  • Ability to work a full-time schedule during our Monday - Friday, 5:30PM - 2:00AM
  • Able to complete physical work and lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to on average stand/walk 8-10 hours at a time with additional movements such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and/or reaching
  • Able to work in a facility with various allergens, including nuts
  • A strong sense of urgency to complete work in a timely manner
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Excellent work ethic, always on time, and very reliable
  • Able to communicate respectfully, effectively, and professionally with peers and managers
  • High school diploma, or its equivalent, or 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse or food production environment
