Role summary
CRL is seeking a Planning Manager to own the inventory planning and replenishment strategy across its distribution network. This role involves managing SAP planning parameters, designing stock transfer strategies, and resolving inventory imbalances to ensure efficient stock positioning and customer service. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in inventory planning, procurement, or supply chain operations, with strong knowledge of SAP MM, MRP, and STO processes, and experience managing inventory across multiple sites. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations, or equivalent experience, is required. Planning certifications are preferred.

What You’ll Get to Do
Every day, CRL branches serve customers across the glass, glazing, hardware & metal solutions industries. Those customers need product on time. As our Planning Manager, you will be the business owner of how inventory is positioned across our branch network. You will shape the SAP planning strategy that keeps branches stocked, customers served & inventory investment efficient.
This role has real influence & visibility. You will work with Branch Operations, Procurement & Logistics, and your decisions will affect service levels across the network.
