Role summary
One Medical is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician for its South Austin clinic, offering a hybrid work model (4 days in clinic, 1 day remote). The role involves managing a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits, and performing in-office procedures. Providers will engage in continuous learning through clinical rounds and collaborate with both in-office and virtual teams. The position requires a completed residency, at least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience, board certification or eligibility, and a Texas medical license. One Medical emphasizes human-centered care, effective technology use, and teamwork.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary for this role ranges from $235,100 - $281,100 per year based on your [location and] anniversary tier at One Medical on the first day of this new role.
