Role summary
One Medical is seeking a Primary Care Physician for its Congress Avenue clinic in Austin, TX. This full-time hybrid role involves managing a diverse patient panel through a mix of in-office and occasional telehealth visits, focusing on acute, chronic, and well care. The position requires completion of an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency, at least two years of outpatient primary care experience in the last five years, and board certification or eligibility. A Texas state medical license is mandatory. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient panel management, clinical procedures, and effective technology utilization, with opportunities for supervising NP/PA colleagues.

This is a full-time role based in Austin, TX at our Congress Avenue clinic.
The base salary range for this role is $235,100 - $281,100 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
