Role summary

One Medical is seeking a Per Diem Family Medicine Physician for their Cow Hollow location. This role involves seeing patients with a broad range of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits, and occasional telehealth. The physician will collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, utilize clinical training for procedures, and adhere to evidence-based primary care practices. The position requires at least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience seeing all ages, board certification or eligibility, and California state licensure. This is a casual, hourly role with competitive pay and access to resources like UpToDate.

Employment type:

  • “Casual Employee” (per diem, hourly clinician role)
  • 8-23 patient care hours per week

    • What you'll be working on:

  • Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
  • Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
  • Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
  • Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures

    • Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

  • Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
  • Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics. If not yet Board Certified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
  • State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date

    • This is an hourly role in Cow Hollow and across multiple offices in San Francisco, CA.

    The hourly rate for this role is $177.00. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
