Role summary

One Medical is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for its Century City, CA location. This full-time role involves managing a patient panel, conducting various types of visits (acute, chronic, well), and utilizing both in-office and telehealth services. The position requires completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification and California state licensure. A minimum of 2 years in outpatient primary care, or 1 year with a fellowship or urgent care experience, is required within the last 5 years. Experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy is a plus. The role emphasizes human-centered care, effective technology use, and teamwork within a mission to transform healthcare.

    • What you’ll be working on:

  • Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
  • Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
  • Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
  • Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
  • Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures

    • Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

  • Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
  • State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
  • In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
  • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR
  • 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
  • Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus

    • This is a full-time role based in our Century City, CA location.

    One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

    The base salary range for this role is $135,700 to $162,200 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
