Role summary

One Medical is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for its New Grad Program in Queen Creek, AZ, starting May 2027. This full-time, onsite role involves managing a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits, and performing in-office procedures. The position emphasizes continuous learning, collaboration with clinical teams, and effective technology utilization. Employment type:

  • Full time (32 hours of in-person patient care per week)

    • What you’ll be working on:

  • Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits with support and mentorship of an onsite clinical Preceptor.
  • Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
  • Continuous learning during weekly Didactics with dedicated faculty, Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
  • Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
  • Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
  • Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

    • Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

  • Must have completed accredited NP or PA program with a national certification with a graduation date between May 2026 through November 2026
  • Must hold an active license in AZ or have submitted a licensure application by December 1, 2026, with license obtained no later than February 1, 2027
  • Program start date: May 2027

    One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

    The base salary for this role is $116,900 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
