Role summary

Skill Sprouts ABA is seeking a BCBA for a fully remote position serving clients in New Mexico. The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, providing caregiver training, and collaborating with care teams. Candidates must have BCBA certification, a Master's degree in a related field, and experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills are essential. Bilingual Spanish or Native American language proficiency is preferred. BCBA | Fully Remote | $60–$80/Hour

Skill Sprouts ABA is looking for a BCBA who values flexibility, clinical independence, and quality care.

We’re a growing ABA provider serving children and young adults across New Mexico. This is a fully remote position, with in-person client visits only when they are clinically necessary or a specific case calls for it.

We understand that being a BCBA comes with a lot of responsibility. We want to give you the flexibility and support to focus on your clients, your clinical decisions, and the people you work with — not spending your day driving from one client to the next.

With Skill Sprouts, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with RBTs, families, schools, and other providers

  • Receive administrative and clinical support

    • What You'll Do

  • Conduct behavioral and functional assessments

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

  • Review data and make informed clinical decisions

  • Supervise, support, and provide feedback to RBTs and ABA staff

  • Provide caregiver training and support

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other members of the care team

  • Monitor client progress and make programming changes when needed

  • Provide ongoing clinical guidance to your RBT team

  • Complete required clinical documentation

  • Maintain ethical and professional standards of care

    • What We're Looking For

  • Current BCBA certification through the BACB

  • Medicaid Registered or ability to register

  • Master’s degree or higher in ABA, behavior analysis, psychology, education, special education, or a related field

  • Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities

  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

  • Collaborative, ethical, and family-centered approach

    • Bilingual Spanish is preferred, and candidates who speak Native American languages are also strongly encouraged to apply.
