Seeking a Behavior Technician in New Haven, CT to engage children in play-based learning, helping them develop essential skills and build confidence. This role involves making learning fun and celebrating progress, offering meaningful one-on-one work with a chance to make a genuine difference. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, enjoys working with kids, and isn't afraid to be a little silly. ABA experience or RBT certification is a plus. Training and guidance may be available for the right person. This is a full-time, onsite position with a pay rate of $22-$30 per hour.
