Role summary

Skill Sprouts ABA is seeking a passionate, Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) in New Mexico to provide evidence-based ABA services to children and families. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing clinical supervision and caregiver training, analyzing data, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field, experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities, and strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred. This hybrid role offers flexible scheduling, paid time off, professional development, and a supportive team culture, with an hourly pay range of $60-$80.

BCBA | Fully Remote | $60–$80/Hour

Skill Sprouts ABA is hiring a BCBA who wants clinical autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to work remotely.

We are a growing ABA provider serving children and young adults throughout New Mexico. This is a fully remote BCBA position, with in-person client visits only when clinically necessary or for special cases.

    • What You'll Do

  • Conduct behavioral and functional assessments

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

  • Analyze data and make data-driven clinical decisions

  • Supervise and support RBTs and ABA staff

  • Provide caregiver training and support

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other members of the care team

  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed

  • Provide ongoing clinical guidance to RBTs

  • Complete required clinical documentation

  • Maintain ethical and professional standards of care

    • What We're Looking For

  • Current BCBA certification through the BACB

  • Medicaid Registered

  • Master's degree or higher in ABA, behavior analysis, psychology, education, special education, or a related field

  • Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities

  • Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Collaborative, ethical, and family-centered approach
