NOW HIRING: FEMALE EXPERIENCED RBT — STATEN ISLAND, NY

📍 Staten Island, NY · 🏠 In-Person · 💰 $22.50/hour · 👦 One client, age 9

LBAPS is looking for a seasoned Registered Behavior Technician to take on a single, consistent 1:1 case with a 9-year-old boy in Staten Island. This is not an entry-level placement. We're looking for someone with real hours behind them — an RBT who has run a full program, handled hard sessions without losing the thread, and can walk into a home and be steady from day one.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday, 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Consistent weekly hours, one family, no driving between clients.

What you'll do:

You'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, implementing an individualized behavior intervention plan and supporting the child's communication, social, and daily living skills. You'll take clean data every session, document progress, and work closely with the supervising BCBA to keep treatment goals moving.

What we're looking for

Active RBT certification and substantial hands-on ABA experience — this is the requirement we will not flex on. You should be comfortable running a program independently within a BCBA's plan, confident with data collection, and skilled at communicating with parents in the home. Patience, reliability, and genuine warmth with kids are non-negotiable, as are strong interpersonal skills.

Interested?

We'd love to hear from you. Send your resume and a note about your ABA experience to Chaya Gutnick at Chaya.gutnick@lbaps.com.
