Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs/STNAs) for full-time and part-time positions. The role involves providing direct care to residents, assisting with daily tasks like bathing, eating, and ambulating, and ensuring accurate documentation. Candidates must possess a valid CNA/STNA certification in Ohio and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry. Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in proper lifting techniques and equipment. Available Shifts: Full-Time 2nd and Part-Time 1st!

Pay: Starting from $18.50

Responsibilities:

Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.

Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.

Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.

Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.

Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.

Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
