Role summary

Join a supportive Maintenance team in a full-time role, enjoying competitive wages and excellent benefits including DailyPay. Responsibilities include general maintenance tasks such as appliance repair, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, carpet cleaning, power washing, fire safety inspections, and snow removal. You will also assist with evening meal delivery, time-sensitive runs, community security checks, and IT support. Requires excellent customer service skills, self-motivation, ability to climb stairs/ladders, walk long distances, and a valid Ohio Driver's License. HVAC license/certification is required. OVERVIEW

Shift: Full-Time 7a-3:30p

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General Maintenance Projects as assigned i.e. appliance repair, light plumbing, painting, drywall repair, carpet cleaning, power washing, fire safety inspections, snow removal
  • Evening meal delivery
  • On occasion making time sensitive runs for the Health Center as needed
  • Rounding to ensure the community is secured
  • IT support as needed

    • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks with an attitude of excellent customer service skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders and walk long distances
  • Valid Ohio Driver's License in good standing
  • Must be licensed/Certified in HVAC
  • Desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults
