Role summary

Seeking caring and compassionate Resident Assistants for an entry-level position with growth potential. You will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and incontinence care, providing supportive assistance with transfers and ambulation. This role involves communicating and cooperating with resident needs and team members, responding quickly to emergency calls, and working under the direction of a nurse. Overview:

We are looking for caring and compassionate Resident Assistants to join our team. This is an entry-level position with growth potential. In this position, you will help our resident with Activities of Daily Living within our communities. Working together with other Partners to provide the best care for our residents.

Job Types: Full time day, Part time - 3 days a week, 8 hour shits

Pay: Starting at $13.25/hr, increases with experience, Shift differential for evening and weekends!

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with ADLs, including teeth care, toileting, bathing, incontinence and dressing in a caring and supportive manner as needed per resident

Provide supervision, cueing or other non-weight-bearing assistance related to transfer ambulation as needed per resident

Communicate, coordinate and cooperate with resident needs and team structure

Work as a team under the supervision and direction of the nurse in charge

Quickly respond to emergency calls from Independent Living residents as directed by the nurse in charge

Assist residents with various other daily needs as necessary.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Certification: No certification required.
