Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs/STNAs) for part-time positions. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, eating, and ambulating, providing support under nurse supervision, and ensuring resident comfort and independence. Accurate documentation, strong communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates must possess a CNA/STNA certification in Ohio and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry. Available Shifts: Full-Time and Part-Time 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available

Responsibilities:

Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.

Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.

Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.

Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.

Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.

Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
