Role summary

Otterbein is seeking caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. The role involves providing direct resident care, collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and offering physical and psychological support to residents, families, and staff. Otterbein emphasizes a person-centered care approach within its various senior living settings. Open interviews are held every Wednesday.

Job Types: Full-tme or Part-time 3rd shift, PRN day or night

Pay: Pay: Starting from $26.00/Hr increases with experience / $3.00 2nd & 3rd shift differential / Weekend Diff $1/Hr 1st and $4/Hr 2nd & 3

We are looking for caring and compassionate LPNS to join our team. The LPNs direct resident care; collaborates with physicians, residents and multi-disciplinary team members; provides physical and psychological support to residents, families and team members.

Responsibilities:

Provides direct care to residents.

Coordinate, supervise and evaluate resident care.

Assist with safety assurance for residents and nursing staff.

Communicate with nursing and other departments and service providers.

Exhibit positive professional image to residents, visitors, and facility staff.

Perform related tasks as required.

Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of approved nursing program

Licensure: Valid Ohio LPN license, CPR

Experience: At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long term care experience preferred
