Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs/STNAs) to provide person-centered care to residents in their communities and small house neighborhoods. This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, eating, and ambulating, as well as providing documentation and support services under nurse supervision. Job Types: Full Time - 6a-6p; Part Time - 6a-6p, 6a-2p, 6p-10p

Pay: Starting from $18.50 increases with experience / $3.00 2nd shift differential / $1.50 3rd shift differential

Responsibilities:

Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.

Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.

Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.

Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.

Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.

Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
