Otterbein is seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide person-centered care to residents. The role involves directing resident care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and offering support to residents, families, and team members. This position emphasizes compassion, respect for autonomy, and high-quality service. Available shifts include full-time, part-time, days, nights, and PRN with 12-hour shifts. Competitive pay starts at $28.00/hour, with increases based on experience and a shift differential.

Available Shifts: Full Time and Part Time Days and Nights and PRN - 12 Hr shifts

Pay: Starting from $28.00 increases with experience

Shift Differential: $3.00/hour 2nd shift

Responsibilities

Communicating a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for elders

Recognizing the autonomy and dignity of all elders

Understanding how to place decision-making in the hands of the elders

Focusing on providing high-quality service and care

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of approved nursing program

Licensure: Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR

Experience: At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long term care experience preferred
