Seeking motivated, independent recruiters to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. to place CDL drivers with trucking companies nationwide. This commission-based, contract role offers unlimited earning potential based on successful placements. Responsibilities include sourcing applicants through various channels, assessing driver qualifications, matching them with opportunities, and managing the hiring process. While prior recruiting, sales, customer service, or trucking industry experience is a plus, training is provided. Requires a computer, reliable internet, phone, and a dedicated workspace. Responsibilities
- Recruit CDL drivers for open driving positions across the U.S.• Find applicants through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting methods• Speak with drivers to determine qualifications and hiring needs• Match applicants with the best available opportunities• Stay in contact with drivers throughout the hiring process• Develop and maintain your own pipeline of qualified candidates
Qualifications
- Self-starter who enjoys working independently• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized with good time management
- Comfortable using computers, social media, and online recruiting tools• Recruiting, sales, customer service, or trucking industry experience is a plus, but training is provided
