Role summary

Paragon Properties is seeking detail-oriented Housekeepers to clean and sanitize interior common areas and amenities safely. This full-time, onsite role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Responsibilities include assisting the maintenance team with apartment cleaning as needed. Previous cleaning experience is preferred. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with no nights or weekends. We are seeking detail oriented Housekeepers to join our team! Our Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the interior common areas and amenities of our communities in a safe manner.

Position Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds
  • Requires lots of walking within a faced paced environment
  • Assist maintenance team cleaning apartments when/if needed
  • Attention to property curb appeal
  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous professional cleaning experience preferred
  • No nights or weekends - Mon. - Fri. 8am - 5pm schedule
