Role summary
Paul Davis is seeking a Mitigation Technician to help those in their community who have experienced property disasters like floods and fires. This role involves performing water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning services under the supervision of a Mitigation Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong dedication to customer service, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn. While prior mitigation experience is a plus, training will be provided for the right person. This is an onsite, full-time position with a generous hourly pay range and opportunities for advancement within a growing company.

- Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently

- High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
- Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
- Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
- You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
