The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience, strong knowledge of general repairs, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. Preferred qualifications include HVAC experience and certifications. The position requires weekend availability and participation in an on-call rotation.

What You'll Do
- Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform apartment turns, make-readies, and punch work
- Complete general plumbing, electrical, drywall, and construction repairs
- Maintain community grounds and assist with debris removal
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and identify effective solutions
- Assist with larger maintenance projects as needed
- Provide exceptional service to residents and fellow team members
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
- Weekend availability required
- Occasional holiday work may be required
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC experience preferred
- HVAC Certification preferred
- CPO Certification preferred
