Role summary

Seeking a Salesforce Consultant with 7 years of experience in design and development, utilizing Agile methodologies. The role involves developing Salesforce solutions, integrating them with other systems, and creating automated workflows. Responsibilities include requirement analysis, project planning, UAT coordination, change request management, and documentation. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Government Cloud is required, along with specific Salesforce certifications. Desired skills include SAFe Practitioner, advanced Salesforce architecture certifications, Azure DevOps, and experience in the mortgage and real estate industries.

· Serve as a Salesforce design and development resource using Agile software development lifecycle methodologies.

· Develop Salesforce solutions to meet agency needs.

· Integrate Salesforce with other systems used by Minnesota Housing.

· Create and maintain automated workflows and process builders to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

· Work closely with Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements.

· Collaborate with the Project Manager to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and assist with creating detailed project plans.

· Coordinate with the Enterprise Architect, Business Analysts, and QA to develop test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate Salesforce solutions meet the defined requirements.

· Work with the Project Manager to manage change requests, ensuring that any changes to the project scope or requirements are documented, assessed, and approved.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.

· Provide knowledge transfer.

This project delivers updated tools to reflect changes to the RFP process, scoring criteria, and evaluation. There are 27 unique deliverables that require review and potential updates annually, built across Salesforce, MS Access, MS Excel, and Pentaho.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

· 7 years’ experience in Salesforce design and development

· Active Salesforce certifications in

o Salesforce Certified Application Architect

o Salesforce Certified Platform Developer

o Salesforce Certified Platform Agentforce Specialist

o Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II

· 2 years’ experience using Sales Cloud

· 2 years’ experience using Service Cloud

· 2 years’ experience using Experience Cloud

· 2 years’ experience using Government Cloud

Desired Skills

· Scaled Agile Certified SAFe Practitioner

· Salesforce Certified Platform Data Architect

· Salesforce Certified Platform Sharing and Visibility Architect

· 5 years of Administrator experience

· Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO)

· Experience working with state and federal government agencies

· Experience working on technology solutions supporting the mortgage and real estate industry.
