🐾 Experienced Veterinary Assistant Wanted!

Love animals? Love making a difference? Love working with a team that actually cares? We might be your people. 💚

We’re looking for an experienced, friendly, energetic, and organized Veterinary Assistant to join our team! If you’re the type of person who can handle a busy day, stay calm when things get chaotic, communicate with pet parents, and still hype up every good boy and good girl you meet — we want to hear from you. 🐶🐱

We’re all about providing high-quality patient care while making sure our clients feel heard, supported, and confident in their pets’ care. If you’re ready to bring your skills, personality, and passion for veterinary medicine to a team that values you, keep reading. 👀

✨ What You’ll Be Doing

As a Veterinary Assistant, you’ll be an important part of the day-to-day flow of our clinic. You’ll help keep our patients comfortable, our clients informed, and our team running smoothly.

Connect with clients: Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet parents, answer questions, provide education, and help clients understand their pet’s treatment and care. We want every client to leave feeling informed—not overwhelmed.

Support patient care: Assist with implementing treatment plans recommended by our veterinarians and help provide the hands-on care our patients need. From routine appointments to those “okay, today is BUSY” moments, you’ll play an important role in keeping patients safe and comfortable.

Be a team player: Work closely with veterinarians and fellow team members to create a consistent, organized, and supportive patient-care experience. We believe the best clinics are built by people who communicate, help each other out, and genuinely have each other’s backs.

Keep things moving: Help with the many behind-the-scenes tasks that keep a veterinary clinic running efficiently. Organization, attention to detail, and being willing to jump in wherever needed are HUGE.

Be an advocate for pets: Help make every patient’s visit as positive and stress-free as possible. Because let’s be honest, they didn’t exactly volunteer to come to the vet. 😂

🌟 Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings experience + compassion + good energy to the clinic every day.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Genuinely love veterinary medicine and patient care and understand that caring for animals also means caring for the people who love them.

Communicate confidently and compassionately with clients and coworkers—even on those extra-hectic days.

Bring a positive, professional attitude and can keep your cool when the schedule is packed and everyone needs something at once.

Have previous veterinary experience and feel comfortable working in a clinical environment (REQUIRED)

Work well with a team and understand that sometimes the most important job is simply noticing what needs to be done and jumping in.

Are dependable, organized, and willing to learn. We love people who take initiative and want to keep growing their skills.

Treat every patient like they’re your own. Bonus points if you’re incapable of walking past a cute puppy without saying hello.

💫 Why You’ll Love Working With Us

We know that veterinary medicine is rewarding—but we also know it can be challenging. That’s why we’re committed to creating a workplace where our team feels supported, appreciated, and encouraged to grow.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

A team that genuinely cares about patients, clients, and each other.

Competitive salary + benefits because your skills and hard work deserve to be valued.

Professional growth opportunities to help you continue building your veterinary knowledge and career.

A supportive work environment where teamwork matters and you don’t have to do everything alone.

A clinic full of animals—which is obviously a pretty great workplace perk.

A positive team culture where we can work hard, laugh together, and celebrate the wins.

Room to grow: We want team members who are excited about veterinary medicine and want to continue developing their skills.

👀 Think You’d Be a Good Fit?

If you’re experienced, compassionate, dependable, and ready to be part of a team that takes both excellent patient care and team culture seriously, we’d love to meet you!

Bring your veterinary experience. Bring your personality. Bring your love for animals.

We’ll bring the adorable patients. 🐾
