Role Overview

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our Data Engineering team. In this role, you will partner directly with our clients to understand business objectives, architect scalable Data & AI solutions, and lead engineering teams through successful delivery from discovery through production deployment. You'll combine deep technical expertise with strong consulting skills to solve complex technical challenges, advise technical leaders, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders. You won't simply design solutions, you'll lead their successful delivery while embracing AI-first engineering practices that improve speed, quality, and client outcomes.

About You

You are a client-facing technical leader who enjoys solving complex data challenges and driving clear outcomes from ambiguity. You are comfortable operating in distributed, global teams and partnering with colleagues across time zones. You combine strong communication and consulting skills with deep hands-on expertise in modern Data & AI platforms and engineering practices. You are equally comfortable leading technical discussions with engineering teams, influencing executive stakeholders, and helping clients navigate complex architectural decisions while delivering measurable business value.
