Senior UX/UI Designer

Pinnacle Private Credit is building a next-generation fintech platform at the intersection of
AI, private credit, and underwriting intelligence
. We are seeking a
Senior UX/UI Product Designer
to help us refine, elevate, and perfect a proprietary CRM platform that powers our underwriting and deal evaluation process.

This is not just a design role, we are looking for someone who can

raft a world-class product experience from the ground up. Think the level of polish, simplicity, and intuitiveness you’d expect from a product like the iPhone.

What You’ll Do

- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for a proprietary fintech CRM platform
- Translate complex underwriting workflows into intuitive, elegant user experiences
- Design high-fidelity interfaces, components, and scalable design systems
- Partner closely with engineering to bring designs to life from
0 → 1
- Improve usability, workflow efficiency, and overall product experience
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, testing, and evolving product needs

What We’re Looking For

- Senior-level UX/UI experience (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or complex platforms)
- Proven track record designing
high-performance, polished digital products
- Strong understanding of product thinking, user flows, and system design
- Ability to simplify complex data-heavy processes into seamless experiences
- Experience collaborating directly with engineers and product stakeholders
- A portfolio that demonstrates
exceptional attention to detail and craft
