About the Role:

The Revenue Operations team sits at the center of PitchBook’s go-to-market engine, translating data into the insights that power strategic decisions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. We are a collaborative, detail-oriented team that takes ownership of the full analytical lifecycle, from raw data to executive dashboards, and we hold ourselves to a high standard of rigor and clarity. If you care deeply about getting the numbers right and communicating them well, you will fit right in.

The Associate Analyst, GTM is the first point of contact for incoming requests to the Revenue Operations team, clarifying scope and intent before routing work to the appropriate senior analyst. This role also owns a set of well-defined, recurring reporting and data-support tasks that keep the team's core deliverables running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator and self-starter who is comfortable asking clarifying questions, juggling competing priorities, and building the foundational skills needed to grow into a broader analytics role. This role will be mentored by Senior Analysts and has a defined path toward analyst-level ownership. This is an excellent entry point into Revenue Operations for someone eager to learn Salesforce, SQL, and other GTM systems while working closely with a senior analyst team.

The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
