Role summary
Goat Restaurant Group is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations, ensure quality and customer satisfaction, and motivate the team. Responsibilities include managing cash and administrative tasks, training team members, and addressing customer queries. The ideal candidate has previous supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while focusing on team goals. Estimated Weekly Pay:
$400 – $560 per week, based on experience and hours worked.
