Role summary
PlanOmatic is seeking freelance Rental Property Photographers in Stamford, CT, to capture high-quality photos and 3D tours of residential rental properties. This role requires demonstrable photography experience, proficiency in manual mode with off-camera flash, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Photographers will use their own equipment, including a DSLR/Mirrorless camera, wide-angle lens, off-camera flash, and tripod. Assignments typically take 30-60 minutes on-site, with post-production handled by PlanOmatic's editing team. Compensation is $35-$75 per property.

What the work looks like You'll photograph residential rental properties, capturing high-quality photos and 3D tours. Most assignments take 30–60 minutes on-site. You'll upload your work directly through our app, and our editing team handles post-production and client delivery.
Requirements
- Demonstrable photography experience is required — real estate, architectural, or interior photography strongly preferred
- A portfolio or sample work must be submitted with your application
- Proficiency shooting in manual mode with off-camera flash
- Comfortable working independently and meeting turnaround deadlines
