Role summary
PlanOmatic is seeking freelance Rental Property Photographers in Toledo, OH, to capture high-quality photos and 3D tours of residential rental properties. This is a part-time, 1099 contract role with flexible hours, typically requiring 30-60 minutes on-site per property. Candidates must have demonstrable photography experience, proficiency in manual mode with off-camera flash, and a portfolio submission. Essential equipment includes a DSLR/Mirrorless camera, wide-angle lens, off-camera flash, tripod, and a mobile device. Reliable transportation and photographer's liability insurance are also required. Post-production is handled by PlanOmatic's editing team.
