West Dermatology is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for their practice in Arroyo Grande, CA. The role involves providing general and cosmetic dermatology services, utilizing advanced technology, and offers practice autonomy. The position includes a competitive compensation structure with a guaranteed salary or personal net collections (whichever is greater), a partnership and shareholder track, comprehensive benefits, flexible scheduling, and relocation reimbursement. The ideal candidate will be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible with at least 2 years of experience in General Dermatology and a passion for patient care and clinical excellence.

    The compensation package for this position includes a guaranteed base salary or Personal Net Collections, whichever is greater. This structure is designed to provide income stabilit while also rewarding productivity. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, patient volume, and other factors influencing net collections. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the final employment agreement.
