Role summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to craft intuitive and scalable user experiences. This role involves leading the full UX design lifecycle, from research and wireframing to prototyping and UI execution. You will translate user needs and business goals into elegant design solutions, ensuring high visual detail and usability. Collaboration with product managers and engineers is key, as is contributing to the design system. The ideal candidate will leverage data and user feedback for design iteration and mentor junior designers, promoting UX best practices. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Figma are essential.

Job Description

We’re looking for a thoughtful and experienced Senior UX Designer to help shape intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences across our products. You’ll play a key role in translating complex ideas into elegant solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and elevating our design standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UX design processes—from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI execution
  • Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive design solutions
  • Create high-quality user interfaces with strong attention to visual detail and usability
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and deliver impactful experiences
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Use data, user feedback, and testing to inform and iterate on designs
  • Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX best practices across the organization

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in UX and/or Product Design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, problem-solving, and polished UI execution
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and prototyping
  • Experience working with and contributing to design systems
  • Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to present design decisions effectively

Preferred

  • Experience with user research and usability testing
  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS)
  • Experience in agile or fast-paced product environments
