Pearl Street Medical Clinic is seeking a Physician Assistant/Physician Associate for their Family Medicine practice in Eugene, Oregon. This role emphasizes patient-centered, relationship-based primary care within a provider-led, independent organization. The position offers a 4-day workweek with no hospital call, focusing on continuity of care and panel development. As part of Praxis Health, the PA will have clinical autonomy supported by a regional network. The ideal candidate is passionate about primary care, possesses demonstrated clinical proficiency, and ideally has 2+ years of experience. The role is 100% outpatient, allowing for deep patient relationships and evidence-based practice.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary $135,000 - $145,000 DOE + production bonus
  • Production compensation average: $160,000 - $200,000

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • Required: Passion for Primary Care
  • Required: Demonstrated clinical experience and proficiency in providing comprehensive Primary Care
  • Preferred: 2+ years Primary Care experience as a licensed PA

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
