Role summary

Dental365 is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join their dentist-led organization. This role focuses on providing quality patient care with 1-hour recall appointments in a supportive culture and modern, compliance-minded setting. Responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, taking x-rays and intraoral images, screening for oral health issues, performing hygiene procedures, and educating patients on at-home care. A $5,000 Welcoming Bonus is offered. The position offers competitive pay ($52-$57/hr) plus bonus potential, health and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and an in-house dental program. Benefits are available for full-time (30+ hours weekly) and some for part-time employees.

  • Tuesday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Friday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Deliver concierge-level care and build patient trust.
  • Review medical histories, take x-rays and intraoral images, and screen for periodontal disease and oral cancer.
  • Perform hygiene procedures per the dentist's treatment plans and respond to in-treatment emergencies.
  • Educate patients on at-home care.

    • WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Active RDH license in New York (plus any state-required certifications).
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification.
  • Strong knowledge of comprehensive dental hygiene, patient screening, and documentation.
