Role summary

P10 is seeking an Art Supervisor with 5 years of advertising experience, preferably in pharma or healthcare accounts, to lead art direction and visual storytelling for integrated campaigns. This remote role requires a strong point of view on creative work, the ability to mentor Art Directors and Designers, and present concepts to clients. The ideal candidate will translate complex data into compelling visuals across various media, ensuring brand strategy alignment and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with pharma regulatory review processes are essential. This is a hands-on leadership position within a remote-first, innovative agency environment.

The kind of Art Supervisor we're looking for:

You've spent 5 years in advertising, most of it inside pharma or healthcare accounts, and you've got the instincts to turn strategy into visual storytelling that actually moves HCPs, patients, and caregivers. You're not just executing, you're setting the bar for the art direction of a brand and mentoring the Art Directors and Designers who bring it to life.

You thrive when you're leading, pitching concepts to clients, defending creative rationale, and keeping craft quality high across every deliverable that goes out the door. If you've been the person junior designers come to when they're stuck, this is your next step.

What you'll do

  • Lead art direction and execution of integrated campaigns across assigned pharma and healthcare brands, keeping every deliverable aligned to brand strategy and client objectives

  • Partner with Copy Supervisors and cross-functional teams to build creative that balances storytelling with scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance

  • Mentor Art Directors and Designers with direction, feedback, and real opportunities to grow

  • Present creative concepts to clients and internal teams, owning the strategic rationale behind the work

  • Guide projects from concept through final production without letting craft or consistency slip

  • Translate clinical data, customer insights, and market trends into visual work across print, digital, social, and omnichannel

  • Push for better, exploring new creative approaches and technologies rather than defaulting to what's safe

  • What this role is not

This isn't a purely hands-off management role, you're still expected to have a strong point of view on the work itself, not just delegate it. And it's not an entry point into pharma advertising, you should already know how MLR and regulatory review shape creative before you walk in.

    What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience

  • 5 years of advertising agency experience, pharma or healthcare marketing preferred

  • A portfolio showing conceptual thinking and integrated campaign work across print, digital, social, and omnichannel

  • Strong visual storytelling instincts grounded in branding, typography, layout, and design fundamentals

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable defending creative rationale to clients directly

  • Proven experience mentoring creative talent while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and working knowledge of pharma regulatory review (FDA, OPDP, PAAB, ASC); familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus

  • The environment

P10 is remote-first, always has been. This role is open to candidates in the United States, with a preference for Eastern time zone. You'll be working inside a structure flat enough that your creative vision actually shapes client work.
