Role summary
Seeking a Director of Mental Health Program (RN or LPN) to lead a small team serving the senior population in Munising, MI. Responsibilities include team leadership, community engagement, referral development, patient census growth, and ensuring compliance with professional and ethical guidelines. Description
Salary: up to $ 85,000 / year
Location: Munising, MI
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
- Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.)
- Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources
- Growing and maintaining patient census
- Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Registered Nurse or LVN licensed in the state of practice required
- Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
- Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred
