Role summary
Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Driver in York, PA, to safely transport clients to appointments and services. This role involves providing support during transportation, basic housekeeping, and maintaining documentation. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, with full-time and part-time options. Requirements include a valid driver's license, being at least 21 years old, and a safe driving record. Prior professional driving experience is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations are essential. The position offers a starting pay of $15/hour and benefits for full-time employees.

Schedule
We have the following full-time schedules available:
Sunday–Thursday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Sunday–Thursday: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Friday–Sunday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Starting Pay
$15/hour
What You’ll Do
Safely transport clients to and from designated regional locations
Provide supervision and support during transportation
Complete basic housekeeping duties at assigned locations when not transporting
Maintain accurate documentation related to transportation and services provided
Respond appropriately to emergency or crisis situations
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe vehicle
Work independently while remaining connected with the treatment team
Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license required
Must be at least 21 years of age
Safe driving record
Prior professional driving experience is preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in challenging situations
Dependable, professional, and organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds
