Role summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a full-time RN or LPN for night shifts at their Charlotte Hall, Maryland facility. This role involves providing direct client care, administering medications, conducting assessments (COWS, CIWA), implementing detox protocols, and coordinating with medical providers. The position requires a current RN or LPN license, CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certifications. Candidates must pass background checks and drug screenings. Location: Charlotte Hall Facility 30007 Business Center Drive Charlotte Hall, Maryland

Hourly Pay RN: $35–$41 per hour LPN: $28–$35 per hour Shift differentials may apply.

Shift: Night Position Type: Full-time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Instruct and guide LPNs in client care responsibilities and assignments.

Complete initial nursing assessments for new admissions.

Administer medications according to established protocols.

Implement and deliver detox protocols.

Conduct COWS and CIWA assessments for appropriate clients, as required by protocol.

Provide medication education to clients and confirm their understanding of treatment.

Coordinate with medical providers for initial assessments and medication-management appointments.

Maintain medical equipment in proper working order while protecting client confidentiality and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Licensure, Education, and Experience

Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice.

Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certifications.

Employment is contingent upon meeting all screening requirements in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations and accrediting-body requirements.
