Role summary
Pyramid Healthcare seeks a licensed clinician and leader for an ACTT Dual Diagnosis Team Lead role in Asheville, NC. This full-time position involves leading a multidisciplinary team to provide intensive community-based care to adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. Responsibilities include staff supervision, clinical oversight, ensuring adherence to the ACTT model, and fostering community partnerships. Requires a Master's degree, LCAS, and 3+ years of experience with target populations, with 2+ years post-graduate clinical experience. Preferred qualifications include prior leadership experience and ACTT/community-based treatment background.

About the Program
Our Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) provides intensive wraparound care in the community—often called a “hospital without walls.”
The Dual Diagnosis Team specializes in supporting individuals with both mental health and substance use challenges using evidence-based, recovery-focused treatment.
