Role summary

Pyramid Healthcare's Detox and Residential Treatment Center in Hammonton, NJ seeks a Clinical Supervisor to facilitate and oversee all clinical services. The role involves assessing clients, assisting with treatment plans, leading treatment team meetings, providing supervision to counselors and staff, and maintaining a caseload as needed. The center offers a trauma-informed, person-centered treatment model for long-term recovery, ensuring safe withdrawal and personalized treatment plans. The supervisor will also assist in developing new programs and maintaining client files, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. A Master's degree in a related field and 2 years of clinical experience, including 1 year with chemically dependent individuals, are required. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Summary:

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for facilitating and supervision of all clinical services for program as outlined by facility standards and in accordance with clinical philosophy of program.

Pyramid Healthcare’s Detox and Residential Treatment Center in Hammonton, NJ offers a trauma-informed, person-centered treatment model for men and women seeking meaningful, long-term recovery. With evidence-based treatment and various supportive groups, clients transition to a sober lifestyle in an expansive setting. Our detox program ensures safe, medically-supervised withdrawal from substances in a comfortable, non-hospital environment. The residential rehab program provides variable lengths of stay based on personalized, clinically-driven treatment plans.

Pay: $65,000 - $70,000 depending on licensure - Looking for a candidate with an LCADC, LCSW, LPC with a CCS or ACS

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assess potential clients for the appropriate level of care requirements and diagnose as appropriate.
  • Assists the counselors in the development of the treatment plans.
  • Facilitates treatment team meetings and participates in case consults.
  • Provides individual and group supervision to the counselors and other staff as assigned.
  • Maintains caseload as needed.
  • Assists the facility leadership in developing new programs for the facility.
  • Clerical duties as required for maintenance of client files.
  • Listens to clients concerning all areas of treatment.
  • Maintains safe, orderly and therapeutic environment for clients including crisis intervention.
  • Ensures clinical program occurs daily as scheduled.
  • Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Day-to-Day supervision and training of clinical department staff.

    • Required Qualifications

    Education, Licensure, & Experience

  • Required: Master’s Degree from an accredited college in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in administration or human services), or a related field.
  • Required: 2 years of clinical experience in a health and human services agency, including 1 year of direct work with chemically dependent individuals.
  • Required: LCADC, LCSW, LPC with a CCS or ACS
  • Preferred experience in facilitating process group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy.
  • Mental health and treatment planning experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
