Role summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician Lead for their New River Valley Inpatient facility in Radford, VA, specializing in Substance Use Disorder Treatment. This full-time role involves leading a team to complete BHT duties, managing shift information, assisting with scheduling, client intake, documentation, medication observation, activity coordination, transportation, and dietary needs. A High School Diploma is required. A valid driver's license is preferred. Behavioral Health Technician Lead

  • Address: 6226 University Park Drive, Radford, VA, 24141
  • Schedule: Full Time 40 hours/week
  • Hourly Rate: $16 - $17/hour

    • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for completing, and leading the team to complete duties of the BHT role on each shift, passing important information on to shift BHTs
  • Assist with the BHT schedule
  • Complete the intake process with new clients into program
  • Maintains client documentation
  • Observe an document client self-administration of medication
  • Coordination of client activities
  • Provide client transportation
  • Assists with the dietary needs of clients
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Education/Experience:

  • REQUIRED: High School Diploma
  • Valid Drivers License preferred
