Role summary

High Focus Centers is seeking a compassionate Licensed Counselor in Parsippany, NJ, to provide PHP & IOP treatment for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. The role involves individual, family, and group counseling, client assessment, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Candidates must have a Master's degree in Human Services or related field and hold or be working towards an LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC license. The position offers full-time hours, flexible scheduling, and benefits including free licensure supervision.

📍 Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ💰 $52,000–$60,000/year🎓 FREE Licensure Supervision!🕘 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week | Flexible scheduling

What You’ll Do

Provide individual, family, and group counseling

Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment goals

Collaborate with psychiatrists and the multidisciplinary treatment team

Complete clinical documentation and Level of Care assessments

Coordinate with referral sources and outside providers

Support aftercare planning and continuity of care

Contribute to curriculum development and clinical programming
