Role summary

A remote, full-time Full Cycle Recruiter is needed to join a recruiting team, working US Eastern Time Zone hours. The role requires at least 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing, fabrication, or skilled trades. Experience in process outsourcing or staffing is a must, along with familiarity with Bullhorn ATS and ZoomInfo. The candidate must be tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable communicating with candidates via phone and video. This is an independent contractor position with a focus on supporting North American clients.

Position: Full-Cycle Recruiter

Location: Remote – US Hours

Duration: Full-time

Shift: US Eastern Time Zone (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and confident Recruiter to join our remote recruiting team! This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in the industrial or manufacturing space—particularly within fabrication, plant operations, or skilled trades/shop environments. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about connecting people with the right career opportunities, this is a great chance to grow your career while supporting North American clients.

This role will ideally start as a Sourcing Specialist role and will be evaluated based on activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and prequalify candidates for technical and professional roles in industrial/manufacturing sectors

Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Keep candidate records updated in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Partner with senior recruiters to meet hiring goals and deadlines

Contribute to team initiatives that enhance recruitment strategies and candidate experience

Core Skills:

Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal

Confident and professional, comfortable speaking with candidates via phone or video

Tech-savvy — experienced with CRMs, job boards, and social media sourcing

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Growth mindset — eager to learn and advance in recruitment

Experience:

At least 1 year of recruiting experience, highly preferred in industrial/manufacturing, fabrication, or skilled trades environments

Background in process outsourcing (BPO), staffing, or similar fast-paced industries is a MUST or any proven international process outsourcing experience.

Familiarity with Bullhorn ATS, ZoomInfo is MUST

Working Conditions:

Comfortable working night shifts aligned with North American time zones

Willing to work as an Independent Contractor (IC)

Must have a stable internet connection and reliable work-from-home setup
