Location: Portland, OR | ALL Shift's | Starting Pay: $18.50 to $20.00

  • Day Shift  5:00AM - 1:30PM
  • Swing Shift  1:00PM - 9:30PM
  • Night Shift 9:00PM - 5:30PM

  • Full-time employees are eligible for benefits starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
  • What You’ll Do:
  • Execute daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, washing, wiping down, and vacuuming equipment and facilities.
  • Operate tools like pressure washers, floor scrubbers, and more to keep our plant spotless.
  • Dismantle equipment as needed to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization.
  • Follow all Sanitary Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) and safety protocols, including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and timely sanitation records.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to safely handle caustic and sanitary chemicals.
  • Forklift and scissor lift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • Strong team collaboration skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in damp, hot, or confined spaces.
  • A focus on attendance and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Availability for weekends and end-of-week assignments
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
  • Candidates must be able to comprehend and communicate effectively in English. Being bilingual in both languages is a plus
