Role summary
QVC Group is seeking a remote Senior Change Management Partner to provide thought leadership and support successful adoption of changes across the organization. This role involves leading large-scale change initiatives, conducting impact assessments, developing engagement and communication strategies, and measuring change readiness and adoption. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of change management experience, including 2+ years leading organizational change initiatives using established principles, methodologies, and tools. Strong analytical skills are essential for translating complex ideas into actionable plans. The role requires collaboration with project teams and people leaders to manage stakeholder impacts and risks.

TheSenior Change Management Partnersupports QVC by providing thought leadership and partnering with functional teams and impacted users to assess change impacts, identify target audiences, and develop engagement activities and communication materials that support successful adoption.

What You'll Do
Lead large-scale change management activities using a structured approach and defined tools.
Partner with project teams and people leaders to understand stakeholder impacts, timelines, and change needs.
Conduct business impact assessments and evaluate organizational readiness and change risks.
Develop and support change enablement activities to build team member awareness, knowledge, and adoption.
Support communication and training efforts in partnership with communications and project training teams.
Measure change readiness and adoption through surveys, training data, and feedback to ensure successful implementation.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3–5 years of experience in change management
2+ years of experience leading organizational change initiatives using change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect and translate complex ideas and data into action
