Role summary

Seeking a Senior Oracle NetSuite Finance Business Analyst with deep accounting process expertise, ideally in consumer goods (retail/fashion). This role is central to implementing Oracle NetSuite across the finance organization, modernizing core financial processes for a multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-regional environment. Responsibilities include designing and documenting finance processes, mapping them to NetSuite capabilities, driving testing and user adoption, ensuring data integrity during migration, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Post-implementation, the role involves supporting users and identifying process improvements using AI and next-gen features, acting as a change ambassador for a future-ready finance function.

The Role
We’re looking for an Oracle NetSuite Finance Sr Business Analyst “BA” with deep expertise in accounting processes within a consumer goods environment — ideally retail/fashion.
You’ll play a central role in implementing Oracle NetSuite across our finance organization, helping us design the foundation for a smarter, faster, and more connected business. You’ll partner with Finance and your IT peers to modernize our core financial processes and elevate how we work across multiple entities, currencies, and regions.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the design, documentation, and alignment of finance business processes across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Tax Management, and Consolidation.
  • Map business processes to Oracle NetSuite standard capabilities, identifying gaps and proposing elegant solutions — always prioritizing configuration over customization.
  • Drive testing, training, and user adoption, ensuring the Finance team is confident and empowered in the new system.
  • Partner closely with your IT peers to ensure a smooth data migration, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data in NetSuite.
  • Collaborate with FP&A, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end integration across business domains.
  • Post go-live, continue supporting Finance users in their daily operations, identifying opportunities to improve processes using AI and next-generation features.
  • Be a change ambassador — helping shape a Finance function that’s efficient, insightful, and future-ready.
What You Bring
  • Hands-on experience with at least 3 full-cycle Oracle NetSuite Finance implementation, ideally in a CPG or fashion/retail organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Finance processes in a multi-company, multi-currency environment.
  • Expertise in General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Tax, and Consolidation.
  • Ability to document, analyze, and optimize Finance processes while aligning with system best practices.
  • Proven experience in data migration, UAT, and user training.
  • Familiarity with modern EPM tools such as Anaplan or Pigment.
