Our products power everything from intelligent dialing and real-time conversation insights to AI-driven coaching and virtual sales floors—giving sales teams everything they need to connect faster, sell smarter, and grow revenue. Companies using our platform connect 5x faster and consistently book millions in new pipeline every month.

We've grown significantly over the past several years and the product is working: customers are real and paying, the market is responding, and we're scaling fast. Now we're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of the critical features that power our platform.

You'll work directly with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow Engineers to build seamless, high-impact user experiences. This is not a ticket-taker role—it's a technical leadership seat for someone who thinks in systems, communicates in outcomes, and wants to shape how an entire industry approaches revenue generation.

What You'll Do

  • Own core product features from initial concept and discovery through implementation, deployment, and iterative improvement
  • Design and build scalable systems (70% backend, 30% frontend) powering real-time, high-volume workflows—such as routing calls via an event-driven SIP Softswitch or processing audio streams for advanced speech recognition
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, Designers, and Engineers to shape and deliver intuitive, performant experiences—your input will directly influence the roadmap
  • Serve as a role model for engineering excellence: mentor teammates, share knowledge, offer feedback, and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment
  • Drive technical excellence by helping define and uphold coding standards that keep the codebase clean, maintainable, and scalable

You'll Thrive Here If You

- Have 5–10 years of full-stack software engineering experience at strong tech companies with shipped, measurable outcomes
- Are fluent in
Node.js, TypeScript, React, Ruby, PostgreSQL,
and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred)
- Have real experience building scalable, event-driven backend systems and understand the tradeoffs involved
- Can take a feature from discovery to deployment independently and communicate progress crisply to cross-functional partners
- Bring a collaborative mindset and are energized by ambiguity, not paralyzed by it
- Take pride in code quality, system design, and raising the bar for those around you

Nice-to-Haves

  • Exposure to real-time communication infrastructure (VoIP, SIP, WebRTC, speech recognition/audio streaming)
  • Experience building at high-volume, low-latency scale
  • Prior work in sales tech, conversational AI, or developer platforms
