At Really Great Reading, we are building a bright, diverse, and passionate team dedicated to leading the industry in improving literacy scores nationwide. Why This Role Matters
Behind every successful literacy partnership is a district or state leader trying to answer a critical question: What will actually work for our students? It requires trusted expertise that connects literacy research, instructional needs, and practical implementation to the challenges educators are trying to solve.
The Strategic Literacy Solutions Engineer brings that expertise into RGR’s most complex and high-impact opportunities. Working alongside Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, this role helps district and state leaders understand how RGR solutions can support their instructional priorities, implementation goals, and desired student outcomes.
Success in this role means bringing instructional credibility and strategic insight to complex opportunities, helping stakeholders move confidently from consideration to adoption, and contributing measurably to pipeline growth, deal progression, and long-term account success.
