A growing company is seeking a dependable and organized Dispatch Specialist to join their team in Clearwater/Tampa Bay. The role serves as a vital link between customers and field staff, ensuring smooth operations and timely service. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, routing service requests, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service or dispatch, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be tech-savvy. Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus. The position offers a 5-day workweek with rotating weekend shifts and benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.
We're Hiring: Dispatch Specialist | Clearwater/Tampa Bay
Schedule: 5-day workweek 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. This schedule will include either every weekend or rotating every other weekend.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Route service requests and inquiries to the right field team member.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls efficiently.
- Manage a high volume of inbound communications while staying organized.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
What You Bring:
- Prior experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities—you stay calm and think on your feet.
- Tech-savvy with proficient computer skills.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus!
