Master Data Analyst
Role summary
The Master Data Analyst will ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer and material master data within the environmental solutions industry. Responsibilities include coordinating and validating data requests, enforcing data governance standards, and performing data corrections for sales orders. The role requires experience with SAP and Salesforce systems, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, IF/THEN functions), and strong analytical and communication skills. This is a remote, full-time position with a starting hourly rate of $23.79.

- About the Opportunity:
The Master Data Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of customer and material master data. This position ensures data governance standards are enforced and supports cross-functional teams by coordinating and validating data requests. The role contributes to efficient operations by managing data corrections related to sales orders, helping the organization maintain reliable master data essential for business processes.
- Responsibilities:
• Coordinate, analyze, and complete requests for customer and material master data setup, changes, and validations.
• Enforce company governance rules to maintain data quality and integrity.
• Act as a key member of Master Data Governance for customer and material workflows, either as requester or enhancer.
• Complete data fix requests for sales orders when necessary.
- Requirements:
• Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP systems, including customer master, condition types, info records, and purchase order creation.
• Experience with Salesforce, including cases, sales opportunities, and CPQ.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and If/Then functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The expected starting hourly rate for this remote position is $23.79, subject to factors such as experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
